The Swan Hotel Wedding - Newby Bridge

Earlier this month I was shooting Voirry and Damiens Wedding at the Swan Hotel located in Newby Bridge. We had amazing weather and got out on Lake Windermere for a cruise as well as some location shots near the Swan Hotel.
What an amazing day and well worth the journey from the Isle of Man.







Damien and I would just like to say a big thank you for the amazing photography you took at our recent wedding in the Lake District. You captured the day perfectly, the sun shone and your suggestions to take us on a two location shoot for our personal wedding photos really was a stroke of genius. We had the most fantastic time at Gummers point, on our lake cruise and during the day in general. Everyone has said how fabulous the photographs are and we feel like we’re back there again every time we look at them. Stunning! We cannot recommend you highly enough we’re only sorry you don’t live in the Isle of Man as you would have been inundated with wedding enquiries. Thank you again for recreating our day in pictures, so perfectly.

Lake District Mountain Biking

Just a quick video here taken with a point and shoot of our awsome day out biking in the Lakes dropping down to the Buttermere Valley. Not quite the quality of my Canon 5D mark 2 footage but the point and shoot fits in my pocket a little easier.

Skiddaw Hotel Wedding Photography

After shooting a Wedding on Saturday it was time to shoot closer to home on Sunday right here on my doorstep in Keswick.
John and Yvette traveled from yorkshire and were married at the Skiddaw Hotel. We managed to get a few shots in the hustle and bustle of Keswicks market square and then headed of to Keswick Launch after the ceremony for a cracking group photograph using Causey and Grizdales panoramic as a backdrop.

We returned from Thailnd at the weekend, had a really amazing time, and were thrilled to find the picture cd from you had arrived already. The photos are absolutely amazing - you have completely captured the spirit of the day and we are so so pleased with every single one we have seen.
I think we have already watched the full disc through more than 5 times and everyone who has seen them so far has been gushing about them all, both the amazing landscape shots and how well you have captured the people (and made us all look so gorgeous!).
I plan to circulate the link to your blog this week and will encourage comments so watch out for that.
The internet speed while we were away was pants so we didn't see many of the pics before our return hence delayed feedback, so sorry to not get back to you before now... But needless to say worth the wait!!!
We will be in touch some more re prints and an album.

Stonecross Manor Wedding Photography Kendal

This Saturday I was at St James' Church Ormside (Appleby) Shooting Leanne and Matthew's wedding and then moving onto Kendals Stonecross Manor Hotel to capture the Wedding Reception.
