Time to gear up and get out without being to heavy for easy jet.
Whats in the bag for this one then? Canon 17-40mm, Canon 28-70mm Canon 15mm Fisheye, Canon 70-200mm and the 5D Mark 2.

A tricky shot to get this one, due to the nerve racking crevasses that were around preventing me from sitting down on the board to get the camera out. So, the trick was to master a safe place to stop and try to face the correct way to compose my shot. Very awkward getting the gear off my back whilst staying still on the snowboard as I was on my last day with tired legs.
If I get out here again I would rather use a holster style camera bag as opposed to the backpack.

The Mont Blanc Massif is a mountain range in the western part of the Alps. At 4,810 it can be viewed from the Aiguille du Midi station and is not to be missed.

Finally at the bottom after negotiating through a few rocky outcrops, next task was to walk up to the little snack shop before boarding down to Chamonix via Les Planards. What an amazing day this was to finish my trip in Chamonix. Oh! and my binding strap snapped just before getting to the bottom, this would have been a nightmare if I was still in the Vallée Blanche.
Fantastic Jason, looks awesome especially with the sun out!
